I don't know about the Midwest, but here in New Jersey new car sales (for the most part) are down and competition is fierce. I am spending a lot of my time thinking outside of the box and going after new markets. AIM and Capitis have been instrumental in keeping my phone ringing by increasing my exposure in my area. It seems that new markets and new marketing are going to be the way to keep afloat in turbulant waters. Thanks David and Jim!
